Our condo has been personally decorated with a feel-at-home theme, it features a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. This condo is super NICE!
The Beach View
Condo 102 already has the best view of Gulf shores’ sugar sand beaches and calm turquoise waters, our deck is the closest possible option for the beach view. We are on the lowest level so there only one flight of steps and your at the front door!
Heated Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ Grill Area
You will love our pool area, nicely heated with a built-in hot tub at the top and a shallow kiddie area at the top section where the adults can relax in the hot tub while the kids safely enjoy the water close by. The grill area is close to the beach and really close to condo 102, you can watch someone grilling from the deck!

Enjoy High-Speed internet throughout the complex and on the beach! Stream your favorite platforms on our HUGE 75″ 4K LCD Roku Smart TV! Plus each bedroom is equipped with a TV as well.

The Pool & Hot Tub Features

  • The Sunchaser pool is heated year-round for our guests and professionally cleaned three times a week,
  • The pool features a special section at the top area by the hot tub for kids. This shallow area makes it easy for the adults to sit in the hot tub and watch the kids splash around in the shallow water section.
  • The hot tub is a guest favorite. Enjoy drinks with friends or someone special in the complex spa’s warm, relaxing waters.

Kitchen Features

  • The full kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you’ll need. A full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave make up a fully operational kitchen.
  • The kitchen also has a coffee maker, pots, pans, and a full set of cookware.
  • There is also silverware and dishes ready for use if you need them
  • With a seafood market right across the street, we’ll ensure you have everything you need to prepare a nice dinner for your family in our kitchen.

The Dining Room

  • The table and chair dinette set will seat four people comfortably,
  • The 2 bar stools at the counter make the dining room seat 6.
  • The dining room sits right behind the living room on an open floor design, which gives it that same awesome beachfront view from across the room.
  • The countertop with the bar stools makes for a great area to do business. A perfect spot for a laptop and a cup of coffee with plenty of counter for paperwork.

  • This area is a special place as it sits directly below the unit so our condo is not only the closest one to the beach, its also the condo closest to the grill and picnic area overlooking the ocean.

Bathroom Features

  • The combination shower & bathtub is perfect for the entire family. It makes you feel at home.
  • The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and washcloths. We even provide shampoo and soap! Everything you need.
  • There is a lovely full mirror behind the sink, perfect for putting on makeup or shaving.
  • It even has a built-in hair dryer like the high-end hotels
  • The only disadvantage is that its the only room in the condo withOUT a beach view window 🙂

Undercover Parking

  • Features ONE undercover parking space, this space is located right under the unit and is the closest parking space to the sandy beach on the end.
  • Being this close to the beach makes it super easy to unpack beach toys or coolers.
  • This close parking also makes it easy to pack your luggage to your unit. Rain or shine you’ll only need to walk up one flight of steps to your front door. Easy as it gets!
