The Sunchaser complex has a NO PET policy that we strictly enforce.
No Events!
We don’t allow parties or gatherings, Maximum of 6 people in the condo at any time
Must Be 25+
This family-friendly complex requires the main renter to be at least 25 years old.

The Condo

  • Check-in is 4 pm – Check out is at 10 am
  • Do not rearrange furniture inside the unit
  • The condo has Quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am

The Pool & Hot Tub Area

  • No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool area.
  • No diving or horseplay
  • Must be 18+ to use the hot tub

The Parking

  • There is ONLY ONE covered parking space available per unit. The parking permit will be good for this one designated parking spot assigned to condo 102.
  • There are also three unassigned parking spaces on the left side of the complex that is first come, first serve. These are available without a permit but are not guaranteed.
  • Nearby 10th street has public parking if needed. We are not affiliated with them.

The Beach

  • No pets are allowed on any of the sand beaches in Gulf Shores
  • No glass or breakable containers
  • No alcoholic beverages
  • No tents larger than 7x7x4.
  • No fishing
  • No smoking
  • No motorized vehicles
  • No fires, grills, or cooking devices
